A common theme of victims of human trafficking who were abused in hotels is that they were too afraid to ask for help.
How will your guests know for sure they will be helped if they asked for it? Are you confident that every one of your associates is prepared to take action?
That is exactly what Levi asked himself and is what inspired the Levi Project, “How can I be sure that my team would know what to do if a guest asked for help?”
As a GM with 10 years of hospitality experience, Levi is the kind of manager that takes the safety and security of his guests seriously and personally. As a result, he made a decision to make sure that every guest who checks into his hotel knows that if they need help every associate is prepared to act.
In collaboration with the i-5 Freedom Network, Law Enforcement, and Survivors of human trafficking, the Levi Project was created and designed to benefit every hotel, guest, and associate.

2. EASY SETUP INSTRUCTIONS:

Place two (2) card holders with cards in the Lobby Restrooms.

Place on (1) at a location chosen by the hotel. Suggestions are: Front Desk, Business Center, Breakfast Area, & Fitness Center.

Many motels do not have lobby restrooms, and in this case, we provide the Levi Project Poster to be displayed at the motel’s front desk window
3. ONGOING IMPLEMENTATION:

Be prepared for any of your guests to drop off a filled-in card at the front desk.

Respond in accordance with your company's policies

Use the dedicated i-5 email address or other Human Trafficking resources, as appropriate and/or necessary.
